All I can see is a black space ... what should I do?

If you find yourself unable to see the camera's video pics, do the following, in the order indicated:

 1- Make sure you have installed the camera control module:

 2- Click on the message in yellow at the top of your Navigator, inviting you to continue with the camera installation:

 3- Next, you need to install the ActiveX control, as shown:

4- You will now receive a security alert asking you to confirm your request to install the control. You must answer yes.

Everything should now be functioning and ready to use.

If you still have problems, you can try the following:

• De-activate your antivirus program.
• Add www.borealie.org to your list of "authorized" sites.
• Try using a different Navigator (IE 6.0 and IE 7.0 are fully compatible and we would suggest them).
