New in 2007, a great habitat for the Japanese macaques

The Zoo sauvage of St-Félicien invites all visitors for the 2007 season. Visitors will be able to enjoy the Japanese macaques' new habitat.

The Zoo is proud to add this exotic species to its animal collection. Japanese macaques are the most northern species of primates of the planet (excluding humans) and therefore, are part of the Boréalie. As all our other habitats, this new habitat will be as natural as it can be. It will offer a stimulant environment for the animals. And for the visitors as well, because they will appreciate it while observing macaques natural behaviours. A visit not to be missed.

In the future, the Zoo hopes to add other exotic species to its collection, such as: Bactrian camel, Japanese crane or Snow leopard.

Zoom Nature

Families will be pleased to enjoy the new aquatic playground in Zoom Nature that will also open in 2007. Do not miss the fun...
