The CCBB educational services are very active on-site 12 months a year, but they are also very active outside, thanks to the program “The Zoo comes to you!” 

If you reserve a session for a group of young people, our nature guides will visit you in libraries or schools in the Saguenay- Lac-Saint-Jean area. Our activities concern different age groups and are aimed at helping young people to familiarize themselves with wildlife, plant life, conservation and protection of the environment. Once better informed, these young people will become ambassadors for the CCBB mission. What better Boreal experience could one hope for! 

The educational services offer eight original programs. Each one is intended to be amusing, educative and unusual. Each activity is designed to maximize participation by the young (discussions, games, tactile handling, presentation of an animal…) in order to make the session as agreeable and instructive as possible. What follows is a short description of each activity.
