RESTAURANTS
La Sapinière (Sandwich-bar Restaurant)
This new sandwich-bar type restaurant is located in the Borealium.
Why not make it your last port of call before you leave the CCBB?
La Chaudrée des Bois (Main Restaurant)
A restaurant with a large dining room and a terrace looking over the magnificent Salmon River. For those who want to eat and then go on with their visit, we have an excellent short-order service.
Groups with reservations may enjoy a meal with table service in a separate, reserved dining room. This dining room also offers bar service.
La Chaudrée des Bois is located near the “Arctic tundra”.
La Crémerie (Ice cream Bar)
It is a beautiful day, the children are having fun in the “Zoom Nature” paddling pool – just the moment to offer the whole family a really good ice cream.
Le Casse-croûte de la Gare (Station Snack Bar)
Tummy rumbling? Try our snack bar at the train station before or after your visit to our amazing Nature Trail Park. Bar service also available.
HERITAGE STORES
La Pinède (Borealium Gift Shop)
This is the gift shop in the Borealium. Your last opportunity to take home a tangible fragment of your Boreal experience… When you look at it, you will know that your wonderful visit was not just a dream!
Boutique Souvenirs (Gift Shop)
Just opposite the “Arctic tundra”, you will find the largest of our gift shops, where you can purchase living memories of every origin, including regional and Amerindian clothing and craftwork.
Boutique de la Gare (Station Gift Shop)
You don’t need to be big to be friendly: the Station Gift Shop welcomes you at the end of your tour of the Nature Trail Park. Here, too, you will find regional and Amerindian craftwork, including sweaters and many other gifts. And you can even leave with a superb antler shed naturally by one of the cervidae that reside in the Nature Trail Park!
RENTAL CENTRE
As you leave the Borealium, you will be heading directly towards our Rental Centre. This is where you may rent:
-
audioguides that will tell you all you need to know about the world of the Borealie and its denizens
-
“ladybugs” (pushchairs), single or double, for your children
-
wheelchairs for the physically challenged
-
binoculars so that you will see everything there is to be seen.
Please note that our site is 100 per cent accessible to wheelchairs, including the Nature Trail Park (excepting only the Beaver Lodge).
